How fresh are your nuts?+
Every batch is roasted in-house on a daily schedule. Most of what's on our shelves was roasted within the last 24–48 hours. Check our roast schedule on the homepage to see what's coming out today.
How should I store them at home?+
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place — they'll stay at peak flavor for about 3–4 weeks. For longer storage, the freezer works great and won't affect taste or texture.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?+
Right now we're focused on in-store visits so you can sample before you buy. Online ordering is paused while we get it right — call the shop and we'll happily set aside what you need.
Can I order in bulk for events or gifts?+
Absolutely. We do custom mixes, gift boxes, wedding favors, and event catering. Call (780) 249-8001 or email emadalqitta@gmail.com and we'll put together a quote.
What about allergens?+
Our shop handles tree nuts, peanuts, and seeds in a shared roasting environment. If you have a serious allergy, please let us know before purchasing and we'll guide you to the safest options.
Where do you source your nuts?+
Iranian pistachios from family growers we've worked with for years, Mediterranean almonds, jumbo cashews from premium origins, and seasonal Middle Eastern dried fruit imported one container at a time.
Are your products halal?+
Yes — everything we sell is halal. Our roasting process uses no animal-derived ingredients.
Do you have a weekly sale?+
Our last sale has ended. We still post updates and special offers on the homepage whenever a new one is running.
